At Grim Hunter Tactical Gear, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.

Warranty, Return or Repair Policy:
We make all of our gear custom to order. Occasionally we have extra stock of certain items, but in most circumstances, gear is made to order with your specifications. To ensure the quality of the gear you are getting is the best possible, our wait time is 8-12 weeks. Certain items such as custom and large orders, or special orders with materials that are not available right away may take longer due to the nature of these items. In most cases items will be shipped quickly, the 8-12 weeks is the absolute longest wait time experienced and not the normal shipping time.

We expedite orders for active duty Military, Law Enforcement, Department of defense and certain government employees which is another reason why our wait times are a bit longer. We appreciate all of our customers equally, but we all have to make sacrifices for the people who sacrifice so much for us. In order to recieve this expedited treatment you must email us from an official email address.
